Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, onboarding healthcare providers, and driving revenue growth across AYKA Care's healthcare ecosystem. You will engage with doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, healthcare professionals, and franchise prospects to promote AYKA Care's digital healthcare solutions.
This is a full-time remote role with performance-based growth opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and acquire new doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare partners.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and digital channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and business presentations.
- Convert prospects into active customers and partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Healthcare Partner Onboarding
- Onboard doctors and healthcare providers onto AYKA Care's platform.
- Promote AYKA Expert services and healthcare practice growth solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
- Support franchise acquisition initiatives under AYKA Alliance.
Account Management
- Manage assigned accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Track lead pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Market Expansion
- Identify new territories and business opportunities.
- Participate in healthcare events, webinars, and networking activities.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Healthcare Sales, HealthTech, or SaaS Sales.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
