Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Baddi. The role involves identifying and generating new business leads, fostering relationships with existing and potential clients, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. The individual will take ownership of account management responsibilities, including addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to achieving organizational goals through proactive communication and business planning.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business Strategy and Sales Planning
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Experience with Account Management, including maintaining and growing client relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the health and wellness or manufacturing sector is an advantage
- Proven track record of meeting targets and driving business growth
