We are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive (BDE) who can proactively identify new business opportunities, manage online bidding portals, develop strong client relationships, and support the company’s overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and generate potential business leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and professional networking.
- Manage and operate online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other similar marketplaces to secure new projects.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions tailored to their needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client communication to negotiation and final deal closure.
- Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, development, and project management to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1.5 years of practical experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the IT or software services industry.
- Hands-on experience working with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or similar portals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations and build lasting client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office applications, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
