Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Business Development Executive to support the Nissan Passenger Vehicle Sales vertical. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing leads, and ensuring consistent follow-ups to drive showroom visits and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Nissan passenger vehicle inquiries
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and database management
- Schedule showroom visits and test drives for prospective customers
- Ensure timely and regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and closure updates
- Address basic customer queries regarding vehicle features, pricing, and offers
- Conduct post-visit and post-sales follow-ups to enhance customer experience
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BA or 12th)
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling / customer support / sales (Automobile preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Required Skills:- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
- Strong follow-up and persuasion ability
- Basic understanding of sales process
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
