Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting Auroskkil's solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, lead generation, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. You will actively engage with prospective clients and help create strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and marketing skills, including experience in business strategy, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain professional relationships
- Analytical skills for market research, identifying business insights, and creating proposals
- Proficiency in negotiating, presenting, and closing deals
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and organized with the ability to work independently
- Experience in the EdTech or IT industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
