Role Overview
- Responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth
- Field-based role involving regular client meetings
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling and field activities
- Identify new business opportunities
- Acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships
- Handle client meetings, quotations, and approvals
- Upsell and cross-sell services
- Manage RFQs for logistics business
- Coordinate with operations, branches, and customer care teams
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain daily and monthly reports
- Drive revenue for assigned areas
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development / field sales
- Experience in logistics or courier industry preferred
- Good communication skills (English & Kannada)
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Two-wheeler mandatory for travel
