Responsibilities:
- Drive gemstone sales, ensuring high conversion rates
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Work closely with the team to achieve individual and overall sales targets
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
What we’re looking for:
- 6 months – 1 years of experience in inside sales (jewellery/gemstones is a plus)
- A go-getter attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
