Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, conducting lead generation activities, managing and growing client accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to develop customized staffing solutions and ensure client satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong Business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term partnerships
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently to meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in manpower or staffing solutions is an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
