Business Development Executive (Junior Role)

About Us
Aspire Designs is an Interior, Architecture and Landscape Design & Build Studio, founded by Architects Satya Saxena (B. Arch. Honours) and Annu Saxena (M. Arch. Honours & B. Arch. Honours) in 2008. We specialise in designing and building restaurants, bars, hotels, banquets and resorts across India and overseas β creating spaces that are visually iconic, operationally smart, and business-driven.
Role Overview
- This is not a closing role. You will be the first voice a potential client hears β responsible for handling inbound inquiries, making outbound follow-ups, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with our senior team.
- Think of yourself as the gateway between a potential client and our design consultants. If you are organised, a confident communicator, and enjoy speaking with people, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound inquiries coming through Instagram, Meta Ads, Website, WhatsApp, Calls, and LinkedIn
- Make prompt outbound follow-ups on all leads β no lead should go cold due to delayed response
- Introduce Aspire Designs professionally and create a strong first impression
- Qualify leads by understanding key project details β location, budget range, property type, project size, and timeline
- Filter serious prospects from non-serious inquiries and prioritise accordingly
- Log and maintain all lead information accurately in the CRM
- Coordinate and schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and senior team members
- Follow up with leads post-scheduling to ensure they actually show up for the meeting
- Maintain daily and weekly lead tracking reports
What We're Looking For
- 1β2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, telecalling, or client servicing
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English β confident, clear, and professional
- Prior experience in real estate, interiors, hospitality, or luxury services is a strong advantage
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inquiries across multiple platforms simultaneously
- Hands-on with CRM tools or willing to learn quickly
- Highly organised, follow-up driven, and detail-oriented
- Graduate in any discipline; a background in business, marketing, or hospitality is a plus
What This Role is NOT
This person will not be doing deep sales consultations, technical discussions, or project closures. Those responsibilities remain with senior management. This role is purely about first contact, qualification, and routing β done exceptionally well.
