Role Description This is a full-time Work from office role for a Business Development Executive based in Faridabad, with some Field work. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline, and conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, managing client accounts, preparing proposals and presentations, and following up on inquiries to move opportunities through the sales cycle. The role also involves building strong communication channels with internal teams, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing to sales strategies and revenue growth targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage prospects, present value propositions, and negotiate agreements effectively.
- Experience in B2B sales, consulting, or related fields is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets in a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic office productivity tools is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous.
