Role Purpose:
Will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and
building strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive
communicator with a track record of success in cold calling and lead generation.
Key Accountabilities
* Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services,
identify needs, and generate interest.
* Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and cold
calling strategies.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through
consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
* Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and update CRM
with accurate information on leads and opportunities.
* Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and
competitive landscape to tailor sales strategies.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share
insights, and contribute to overall business development goals.
* Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on call activity, lead generation results, and
sales performance to management.
* Conduct outreach to prospective investors, delivering tailored pitchesthat highlightthe fund’s
value propositions.
Technical Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
a. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or
a related field. MBA preferred.
b. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or
investor relations sector, with at least 2 yearsin a
leadership role.
c. Proven track record ofsuccessin leadership roles, with a
demonstrated ability to drive results and inspire teams.
d. Deep understanding of investment products, financial
markets, and client needs.
e. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation
skills.
f. Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking
capabilities.
g. A passion forinnovation, learning, and continuous
improvement.
