Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong experience in international markets and client handling within the IT industry. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a proven ability to generate business, manage global clients, and achieve sales targets consistently.
Experience: 0-3 years - IT Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets (US/UK/Europe)
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client communication, requirement understanding, proposal, negotiation, and closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
Conduct client meetings, calls, and presentations with global stakeholders
Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT solutions
Collaborate with technical teams for solution alignment and delivery
Maintain sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasting
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Mandatory Requirements:
Proven experience working with international clients only
Strong exposure to international markets (US/UK/Europe)
Excellent fluent English communication (verbal & written)
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Experience in IT services sales
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.)
Understanding of IT services like Web, Mobile, SaaS, Cloud solutions
Strong client relationship management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
