Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our
dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role is critical to our expansion strategy, focusing on generating new
business, building relationships with potential homeowners, and driving the adoption of our residential
solar solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about
sustainability, and possesses excellent communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and qualify new residential leads through calling, networking, digital outreach, and local
market activities.
● Conduct initial consultations to understand homeowner energy needs and assess the viability of
rooftop solar installations.
● Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of prospects in our CRM system.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers, guiding them through the sales journey from initial inquiry to design and proposal.
● Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies to enhance
efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in any stream.
● 1-3 years of proven experience in B2C sales or business development, Addon in the residential
home improvement, renewable energy, or a related technical sales industry.
