Role Overview
We are specifically looking for candidates who already have experience in the CPaaS / Telecom / Enterprise Communication / Bulk SMS / WhatsApp API industry and understand the business ecosystem, client requirements, and sales cycle of communication services.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and close new business opportunities in CPaaS & communication solutions
• Handle lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition
• Promote services such as SMS, Voice, WhatsApp API, RCS, and Omni-channel solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Understand client business requirements and provide suitable communication solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
• Achieve sales targets and contribute towards business growth
Preferred Candidate Profile
✔ Prior experience in CPaaS / Bulk SMS / Voice / WhatsApp API / Telecom Industry is mandatory
✔ Strong B2B sales and business development experience
✔ Good understanding of enterprise communication solutions
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
✔ Experience in lead generation and account management
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and growth-driven mindset
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum experience preferred from relevant CPaaS / Telecom industry
