Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Business Development Executive based in Vadodara. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategic sales plans, presenting solutions to potential clients, and collaborating with teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Experience Requirement
Work Experience: Minimum 3+ Years Required in Business Development / Client Acquisition / Sales
Candidates with proven experience in lead generation, client relationship management, strategic sales, and business growth will be preferred. Experience in the IT, technology, or digital solutions industry will be considered an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Expertise in Business strategies and Account Management
- Strong Communication skills, with proficiency in negotiation and relationship building
- Goal-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in the IT or technology sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
