Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive at our Mohpa office. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, crafting and delivering sales pitches, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves market research, lead generation, proposal creation, and negotiation to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in business development, lead generation, and building client relationships.
- Expertise in preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Strong market research and analytical skills to identify emerging opportunities.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working with IT services or technology solutions, such as app development, digital marketing, or UI/UX design, is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and the ability to manage and track client interactions effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
