• Generate and qualify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Convert leads through effective follow-ups
• Prepare and submit customized project proposals
• Manage client communication (calls, emails, meetings)
• Collaborate with internal teams for requirement alignment
• Achieve assigned sales targets
🔹 Required Skills
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in client handling and outbound sales
• Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and lead generation tools
• Basic understanding of web/Java technologies (preferred)
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
