Job Overview
AOX Apps is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in online bidding platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring international clients, and driving business growth through effective communication and closing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate high-quality leads via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar platforms
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare and submit compelling proposals to win projects
• Convert leads into long-term business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Business Development / Online Bidding
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Comfortable working night shifts
