Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Vadodara. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and promoting the company’s design services. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating pitches, negotiating deals, setting sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the design and marketing teams to align customer needs with available services will also be critical.
Qualifications
- Business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and sales strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in market research and competitor analysis
- Ability to craft tailored pitches and marketing proposals
- Organizational skills for managing client pipelines and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic understanding of marketing principles
- Prior experience in the graphic design or creative industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
