Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing lead generation strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and managing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. The executive will collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs, prepare proposals, and contribute to the growth of the organization's revenue and market presence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capture emerging opportunities
- Solid understanding and practical experience in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Relevant experience in the IT or software development industry is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
