Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end business development.
- Lead inside sales efforts including cold calling, outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Build, qualify, and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct high-quality discovery conversations with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.
- Position and sell Design or IT services including website development, product engineering, dedicated engineering teams, and digital transformation solutions.
- Lead proposal discussions, solution presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Deliver consistent revenue growth aligned with business targets.
- Collaborate with delivery and leadership teams to ensure smooth project transition and long-term client retention.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in IT Services / Design Services Sales.
- Strong experience in end-to-end B2B sales i.e., from lead generation to closure.
- Strong experience in inside sales, outbound lead generation, and cold calling.
