Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Surat, India. The individual in this position will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and generating leads. Additional responsibilities include managing client accounts, conducting market research, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The role requires working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools is desirable
- Prior experience in the automotive or fleet management industry is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential customers in targeted industries such as transport, logistics, schools,
construction, and waste management.
Conduct market visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain a strong sales funnel in assigned territory.
2. Sales Execution & Target Achievement
Present and promote ANS IT India’s products — StudTrack, SmartWaste, Secured, AIS140,
Protected, and Optimised — to clients.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets, equal to 25 times of monthly salary.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential customers.
Negotiate and close deals under supervision of the Area Sales Manager.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the service team for installations and issue
resolution.
Collect payments and ensure proper documentation for each deal.
4. Market Research & Reporting
Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and local market trends.
Submit daily activity reports through TaskEye / ERPNext.
Maintain client database and provide weekly and monthly sales summaries to reporting
manager.
5. Team Collaboration
Work closely with Area Sales Manager, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and product demos.
Follow company SOPs, pricing structure, and reporting processes.
