💼 Position: Business Development Executive
Post:-4
🔹 Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years
🔹 Preferred Experience: Sales/Business Development in Gynecologist / Pediatric Segment
🔹 Industry: Healthcare / Pharma / Diagnostics / Service Sector
🔹 Gender: Male / Female (Both can apply)
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Gynecologists and Pediatricians
Generate patient referrals through regular doctor engagement
Conduct regular field visits and ensure strong doctor connectivity
Plan and execute marketing activities such as:
CMEsRTMs
Brand visibility initiatives
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance patient experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relationship-building and influencing ability
Target-driven mindset with proactive approach
Basic understanding of healthcare marketing
