Position- Business Development Executive
Industry: Corporate Gifting
Location: Jagatpura Jaipur (Onsite)
Experience: 1–3 Years (B2B / Corporate Sales Preferred)
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales growth in our Corporate Gift division. The candidate will be responsible for aggressive lead generation, daily client meetings, cold calling, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make minimum 25 cold calls daily to generate new business leads.
2. Conduct minimum 5-8 client meetings per day (virtual or face-to-face).
3. Identify and approach HR, Admin, Purchase, and Marketing departments of corporate companies.
4. Generate new corporate accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Understand client requirements and propose customized corporate gifting solutions.
6. Prepare proposals, quotations, and ensure regular follow-ups.
7. Update CRM daily with call reports, meeting details, and lead status.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
9. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
10. Participate in daily sales review meetings.
Daily Activity Targets:
1. 25 Cold Calls
2. 8 Client Meetings
3. Lead updates in CRM
4. Follow-ups on existing proposals
Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s Degree (Any Stream)
2. Experience in Corporate Sales / Promotional Products / B2B Sales preferred
