Senior Business Development Manager

Anamya Productions & Consultancy is looking for an experienced and commercially strong Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth across corporate, institutional and government sectors.
This is a leadership revenue role for someone who can open strategic doors, build high-value relationships, create a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into meaningful business.
The Opportunity
You will represent a modern audio visual production and media consultancy working across corporate films, branded content, campaign strategy, ad films, digital media, animation, post-production and strategic communication.
Your mandate is clear: build revenue, secure premium clients and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and secure business opportunities across corporates, brands, agencies, institutions and government bodies
• Build direct relationships with CXOs, marketing heads, procurement leaders and decision-makers
• Generate pipeline through strategic outreach, meetings, networks and referrals
• Lead pitches, proposals, commercials and closures
• Track tenders, mandates, campaigns and procurement opportunities
• Drive repeat business, retainers and key accounts
• Support business growth strategy and team coordination when required
• Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Ideal Candidate
• 4+ years experience in business development / sales
• Strong English communication and executive presentation skills
• Proven track record in revenue generation and closures
• Comfortable with field meetings and relationship-led selling
• Prior experience in media, advertising, production, branding or agency ecosystem preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with leadership mindset
Compensation
CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹3.6 LPA
Performance incentives on every successful project closure, in addition to salary
5-day working week
