Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the role entails market research, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and contributing to the company's growth strategy.

- Strong skills in Business Development, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Market Research, Sales Strategy, and Proposal Preparation
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Organizational and Time Management capabilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with the semiconductor or technology industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
