We're Hiring | Sr. Business Development Executive
Location: Gurugram, Sector-33 (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA
Are you passionate about B2B Sales, Corporate Relations, and Business Development? Join our growing team and play a key role in helping organizations build skilled talent through NAPS/NATS Apprenticeship Programs, Corporate Training, and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for NAPS/NATS Apprenticeship and L&D programs.
- Understand clients' manpower and training requirements and recommend suitable apprenticeship solutions.
- Present the benefits, framework, and process of NAPS/NATS to HR and L&D stakeholders.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close B2B deals.
- Coordinate with internal Operations and Compliance teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Ensure timely collection of client documents, approvals, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Track sales pipeline, conversions, and achieve business targets.
🔹 What We're Looking For
✅ Strong B2B sales and communication skills.
✅ Knowledge of NAPS/NATS Apprenticeship Programs will be an added advantage.
✅ Ability to build long-term corporate relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Admissions, Retail Sales, Telecalling, or Field Sales.
- Experience in Training Institutes, Education Organizations, or Skill Development projects will be preferred.
