We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development executive with extensive experience in ERP and enterprise software sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, implementing innovative sales strategies, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and leading a team. The role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in ERP/software solutions across targeted industries.
Drive the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, and other key decision-makers.
Develop go-to-market strategies and account-based sales plans.
Conduct business needs analysis and propose tailored ERP solutions.
Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams for effective solution positioning.
Manage and grow existing accounts to increase revenue and wallet share.
Prepare RFP responses, commercial proposals, and lead pricing & contract negotiations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Coordinate with marketing teams/agencies for effective lead management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software/ERP sales .
Mandatory Proven experience in selling ERP platforms to construction/infrastructure industries.
Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and complex sales cycles.
Consultative and solution-based selling approach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven professional.
