At Allgrow Technologies, we work closely with companies across the US, Canada, and other global markets, helping them streamline operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and custom solutions.
We’re currently looking for a Business Development Executive who enjoys conversations, knows how to build relationships, and isn’t afraid to reach out to the right people.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and connecting with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Directors, etc.)
- Running outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, emails, calls, and other channels
- Generating and qualifying leads through data mining, LinkedIn engagement, and outbound efforts
- Finding new business opportunities across different platforms and media
- Setting up meetings with decision-makers and managing early-stage conversations
- Working closely with the internal team to move opportunities forward
What we’re looking for:
- 0-3 years of experience in IT sales (international exposure is a plus)
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- MBA is a plus
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
- Comfortable making international calls (US, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia)
- Experience or familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer is a plus
- Hands-on exposure to lead generation, data mining, outreach, emailing, and calling
- Someone proactive, consistent, and comfortable with outbound efforts
- Ability to understand client needs and hold meaningful conversations
- Experience in the Microsoft/Dynamics ecosystem is a bonus
Work Details:
- Location: Lucknow (On-site)
- Timings: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday)
