About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing UK Accounting division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the UK accounting market.
- Reach out to accounting firms through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly outreach and business development targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Exposure to the accounting, finance, or professional services industry is an added advantage.
