Role Description


  • Manage end-to-end B2B sales activities from lead generation to closure.


  • Conduct daily cold calls to identify and qualify new prospects.


  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients, architects, interior designers, and PMCs.


  • Lead sales presentations and manage detailed discussions with clients.


  • Follow up on leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline.


  • Visit client sites when required to understand project needs and requirements.


  • Work toward achieving monthly sales targets consistently.


  • Obtain client approval on design concepts and quotations.


  • Track and document any changes requested post-approval.


  • Coordinate with the installation team during site execution when needed.

  • Plan and expand sales channels through effective B2B strategies.


  • Develop, implement, and monitor monthly and yearly sales plans.


  • Design sales strategies, set business goals, and drive execution to meet targets.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English proficiency required).


  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities.


  • Leadership qualities and team-building capabilities.


  • Ability to understand creative concepts and collaborate with design-oriented professionals.


  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.


  • Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, cold calling, and client relationship management (preferred).

  • Experience Level: Welcoming applications from Freshers up to candidates with a maximum of 3 years of prior professional experience in a relevant field.


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
