Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. The role includes building strong client relationships, creating strategies to meet company growth goals, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver client solutions. The ideal candidate will work to drive business expansion and sustain long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure opportunities for organizational growth
- Strong skills in Account Management with the ability to nurture and grow client relationships
- Proficiency in Business skills, with a strategic mindset and aptitude for industry analysis
- Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the technology industry or related field is a plus
