Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, pitching solutions to prospective clients, fostering strong business relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves regular communication with clients to understand their requirements and ensure long-term business partnerships.
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue profitable opportunities
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with prospective and existing clients effectively
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering is preferred
- Proficiency in basic MS Office applications
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
