🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (3+ Years Experience)
Airial Travel is a US-based AI company building modern growth and automation solutions for travel agents.
We’re looking for ambitious, high-energy sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced startup environments and are excited about the future of AI-driven businesses.
🔹 What You’ll Do
Outbound calling & lead generation
Pitch Airial Travel’s AI solutions to travel agents
Book demos and manage follow-ups
Build strong client relationships
Maintain sales pipeline and activity logs
Coordinate closely with the team
🔹 Skills We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Inside Sales / SaaS Sales / Tele Sales
Excellent English communication & convincing skills
Strong objection handling & negotiation ability
Confidence in cold calling and follow-ups
Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
Good understanding of CRM / Notion / Google Workspace
Highly organized with good time management
Fast learner with startup mindset
