Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Kolkata. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include creating and implementing growth strategies, conducting market research, identifying and pursuing partnerships, preparing proposals, and representing the organization at industry events. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams to support strategic goals will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong business development skills, including market research, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in strategic planning, sales, and partnership development
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with AI-based educational tools or similar technology-driven industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Flexibility to work on-site in Kolkata
