Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Kolkata. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop relationships with stakeholders, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include researching market trends, creating strategic plans, communicating effectively with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Research
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, negotiate contracts, and generate leads
- Proficiency in Communication, Public Speaking, and Client Presentation
- Understanding of Sales Processes, CRM Tools, and Revenue Tracking
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in collaborative environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the education or technology sectors is a plus
- Proficiency in local market knowledge and regional networking is highly advantageous
