Job Title: Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2 -3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in aviation, infrastructure, consulting, or related industries will be an added advantage
