Business Development Executive – International Sales
Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR
Experience: 1–3 Years
Note: This role is strictly for international business development/sales and must be from an agency background.

What you’ll do
- Identify and generate new international business opportunities across global markets
- Research and reach out to brands, agencies, founders, CMOs, and marketing decision-makers
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and networking
- Assist in pitching AdSynergiX’s performance marketing, media buying, creative, and digital growth solutions
- Schedule discovery calls, follow-ups, and client meetings with potential international clients
- Support senior sales leadership in preparing proposals, pitch decks, pricing sheets, and client presentations
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with strategy, performance, and creative teams
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, lead status, follow-up records, and sales activity reports
- Work towards monthly lead generation, meeting booking, and revenue-support targets
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities in global markets
- Support client onboarding and handover once deals are closed
Requirements
- Prior experience in an agency environment is preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition
- Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, media buying, advertising, or creative agency sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently with international prospects
- Good understanding of services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, SEO, social media, creative, and full-funnel marketing
- Ability to research prospects, identify decision-makers, and create personalized outreach
- Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, CRM, and sales reporting
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads at different stages
- Target-driven mindset with strong ownership and willingness to learn
- Good presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work closely with senior sales, strategy, and delivery teams
