Role Description
The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thrissur. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, prepare and deliver presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with the agency’s services. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and working towards revenue and growth targets. The role also requires regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and support long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Candidates should possess solid Business acumen and understanding of digital marketing and technology services.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Candidates should possess effective Account Management skills for maintaining and growing client relationships.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development within a marketing or tech agency environment is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Thrissur, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
