THE ROLE
You'll be the revenue engine of PalaceDekho. Your job is simple: connect with wedding vendors and planners who've already shown interest in our platform, understand their needs, pitch the right package — and close. This is a high-performance B2B inside sales role built for people who love the thrill of closing deals and earning what they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage inbound leads — wedding planners and venue vendors who've already inquired
- Pitch PalaceDekho's lead generation packages in a consultative and persuasive manner
- Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable package
- Follow up relentlessly via calls, WhatsApp, and email to push deals over the line
- Handle objections like a pro and negotiate confidently
- Onboard new vendors smoothly and maintain strong client relationships
- Update CRM daily with call logs, pipeline status, and deal notes
- Hit monthly revenue targets — and then exceed them
Requirements
- 0–2 years in B2B sales, inside sales, tele-sales, or ed-tech sales
- Fluent in Hindi & English — confident on the phone, not just on paper
- Self-driven, disciplined, and able to manage your day without micromanagement
- A laptop, stable internet, and a quiet workspace at home
- Bonus: passion for hospitality, or events.
