🧩 About the Role
Adidem Creative is looking for a Business Development Executive who can drive business growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, communication, and working in a fast-paced creative agency environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social platforms
- Fix meetings and present Adidem Creative’s services clearly
- Understand client needs and propose suitable marketing/branding solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and quotations
- Close deals and ensure smooth handover to the client servicing team
- Maintain follow-ups and build long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in Malayalam and good communication in English
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Confidence in client interaction and follow-ups
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and creative services
⭐ Preferred (Added Advantage)
- Experience in Advertising / Digital Marketing / Creative Agency
- Experience in service-based sales or client acquisition
- Knowledge of branding, video production, and marketing services
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or sales tracking systems
🎓 Experience & Eligibility
- 1–3 years experience in Business Development / Sales (preferred)
- Freshers with a strong sales mindset may also apply
- Candidates from Kerala are preferred
