Role Overview
We are hiring driven candidates to build a career in SaaS enterprise sales.
You will work closely with the founding team and gain hands-on exposure to real B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Handle leads provided by the marketing team
Generate and qualify new leads
Schedule product demos and follow up consistently
Maintain daily activity and pipeline updates
Support & Training
Structured training on SaaS sales
Marketing support with leads and outreach
Direct mentorship from founders
Requirements
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in sales
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Comfortable with calling and client interaction
Self-disciplined for remote work
Compensation
INR 15,000 – INR 25,000 per month
High performance-based incentives (uncapped earning potential)
