About the role
Are you someone who loves talking to people and has the confidence to make things happen? We're looking for driven, energetic individuals to join our growing sales team as Business Development Executives.
You will be our voice — reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and helping them discover how our product/service can solve their problems. No prior experience needed. We hire for attitude and train for skills.
This role will be reflected as Business Development Executive on your offer letter.
What you will do
• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads (leads provided — no hunting required)
• Understand customer needs and present our offerings clearly and confidently
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers
• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM records
• Meet weekly and monthly targets and earn performance incentives
• Participate in regular sales training and team reviews
Who we're looking for
• Confident communicator — Hindi, English, or both is perfectly fine
• Positive attitude and a hunger to grow
• Comfortable making 60–80 calls per day
• Able to handle rejection and bounce back quickly
• Graduate or 12th pass — any stream welcome
• 0–2 years of experience (freshers strongly encouraged to apply)
