Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Guindy. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and generating leads. The role involves conducting market analysis, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored solutions to clients. Additionally, the executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients’ needs are effectively addressed, driving revenue growth and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, networking, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in market research, analysis, and lead generation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Sales and client relationship management experience are preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
