Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in the Pune Division. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, nurturing prospective clients, and developing customized strategies to meet business objectives. The role requires regular communication with internal teams to align client expectations and ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in new business development and lead generation
- Strong skills in business and account management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships
- Previous experience in the construction, engineering, or technology sectors is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and promote the sales of our services to architects, MEP engineering firms, developers, and contractors
- Knowledge and sales experience in BIM, MEP, Scan to BIM, ARC, and STR
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for technical demonstrations and pilot projects
- Responsible for new account development and managing existing accounts
- Experience in selling to international markets is preferred
- Meet or exceed targets for both prospecting and generating qualified leads
- Perform any other functions related to business development as required by management
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to conduct cold calls to generate leads
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Ability to explore new business opportunities and prospective customers through market research
- Experience with international clients from the US, UK, Europe, or the Middle East
- Good geographical knowledge
