Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – EdTech Sales

About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive who can drive revenue through consultative selling. This role is focused on converting inbound and outbound leads into enrollments for our upskilling programs. You will directly impact revenue, collections, and learner success.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into paid enrollments
- Conduct detailed counselling sessions to understand learner goals and recommend the right program
- Drive the complete sales cycle: lead qualification → demo → follow-ups → closure
- Maintain high conversion rates and meet revenue targets
- Manage CRM updates, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with operations and support teams for the smooth onboarding of learners
- Build strong relationships with prospects to improve trust and conversion
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to handle high-volume leads and fast-paced sales cycles
- Comfortable with CRM tools and structured sales processes
Preferred
- Experience in EdTech sales or course selling
- Experience in high-ticket sales or consultative selling
- Immediate joiner
- Familiarity with a counselling-based sales approach
