About the Role
AcceleratorX is looking for highly motivated Business Development Executives who have experience working in the EdTech industry and understand how to engage with learners and guide them toward the right upskilling programs.
If you have previously worked in EdTech sales, counselling, or learner advisory roles, this opportunity will allow you to work in a fast-growing environment with strong earning potential and performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective learners and understand their career goals
• Guide students in selecting the right upskilling programs offered by AcceleratorX
• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
• Maintain strong relationships with learners throughout the enrollment journey
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to improve conversions
• Maintain accurate lead and conversion records in CRM systems
Requirements
• Prior experience in EdTech industry is mandatory
• Experience in sales, counselling, or business development roles preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to build trust and guide learners effectively
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
