๐ Weโre Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) โ 7Sphex
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2+ years of proven experience to join our growing team at 7Sphex. If you understand client psychology, can confidently communicate, and know how to convert opportunities into long-term business, this role is for you.
๐น Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms, networking, and outbound strategies
- Handle client communication (calls, meetings, proposals) with confidence and clarity
- Understand client requirements and align them with our service offerings
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and negotiations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with design and development teams for smooth project handover
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
๐น Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in IT, Web, or Digital Services)
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English is mandatory)
- Ability to handle international clients confidently
- Experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, or direct outreach is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
