We're Hiring | Business Development Executive (Admissions & Marketing)

Are you passionate about sales, relationship building, and making a meaningful impact in the education sector? We're looking for dynamic, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our Admissions & Marketing team.
Locations: Kogilu, Yelahanka, , Nelamangala, RT Nagar, Mathikere
Key Responsibilities -
- Generate admissions enquiries through field outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Counsel prospective parents and students about our academic programs.
- Build partnerships with schools, corporates, coaching centres, and community organizations.
- Conduct school visits, education fairs, seminars, and admission campaigns.
- Plan and execute lead generation activities to achieve admissions targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Deliver an exceptional experience to prospective families throughout the admissions journey.
Preferences -
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Admissions, Marketing, EdTech,
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field activities.
Perks and Renumeration -
- Health Insurance, 8 Hour Work Shift
- Salary - 25000 - 30000 Per month.
