We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive

Location: Netaji Subhash Place

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Working Timings: 10 am to 6 pm

Salary: Up to 4 LPA plus Incentives

What You’ll Do:

✅ Identify and generate leads for digital marketing and advertising services

✅ Pitch and close deals with potential clients

✅ Build strong client relationships and manage the sales pipeline

✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets

✅ Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends

✅ Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals


What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Graduate in Marketing with 0-1 years of sales experience in digital products/services

🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills

🔹 Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and business outreach

🔹 Ability to work independently and hit sales targets

🔹 Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
